Created by Officer Felix Claudio (Essex County Police Academy Unarmed Defense Instructor) with over 35 years of combined Martial Arts and Law Enforcement Training experience. This fully integrated systems has been developed for both armed and unarmed physical threats. This system is real world proven and identifies a specific set of underlying principles that has helped form the core of the program’s effectiveness. Unlike other systems, it’s not merely a set of techniques but an all encompassing combative philosophy based on how the human body and mind work under stress. This is actively taught to the members of our Adult Martial Arts Program (link). Master Claudio teaches empty-hand maneuvers that can be effectively deployed by trained students during violent physical altercations. It adapts specific fighting maneuvers to fit a student's physical and physiological changes during these altercations, thus maximizing effectiveness of the combative movements. Incorporating numerous combat concepts, techniques and maneuvers, it is designed to fit the needs of the modern day martial art student. Law Enforcement Combat Kinetics Workshops provide a wide array of Police arrest and control techniques and firearms tactics for survival. These specially designed law enforcement training workshops provide comprehensive instruction in ALL ASPECTS OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT SPECTRUM. This includes arrest and control strategies, impact weapons training, SWAT and Emergency Response Team concerns, as well as firearm skill sets including retention. All of the training is consistent with the true physiological nature of human changes in actual police and military encounters. This workshop is designed to fit the needs of the police officer who receives limited training, wears restrictive uniforms and is bound by laws, regulations and ethical values. The techniques instructed in this system have been "battle" and "field" tested successfully on the street and is available for individuals and groups.
